AV Equipment and Service Reservation Agreement

Equipment and service reservation requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a class/event.
Reservations are not authorized and equipment may not be used until the requestor has received written confirmation.
All applicable information must be completed before the equipment reservation agreement will be processed. To
follow procurment guidelines, all IITs or checks should be made out and paid in advance of service.
A/V equipment is only available to MUSC sponsored classes and functions. Persons requesting equipment should
note that equipment is available according to what is in stock when classrooms are running at full capacity. Our
number one priority is keeping all classrooms functioning.
Equipment may be checked out at no cost, in A/V Support Classrooms.
If equipment is to be used outside of one of these rooms, there is an equipment rental charge.
Checking out equipment is only available to MUSC faculty and staff. If students need to check out equipment, they must
arrange this through a sponsoring faculty member or the Dean of the college.
Audiovisual Classroom support is not responsible for scheduling or reserving classrooms. This should be done through the
Classroom Reservationist of Enrollment Services.
